WELSH WITCH'S GARDEN APRIL 2004
The blossom is all over the apple trees in the orchard and behind the trees across the outside garden the sloe trees and other prunus are in flower too.
I've spent a long time today in the green-palace (!) again putting the seedlings into bigger boxes and putting yet more seeds in trays.
The balancing of the pots with 6 and 8 sections on the windowshelves was a good idea in general, but this morning one of the pots into which Erik had put his beans came tumbling off into a tray of snapdragons. I quickly put them back into the pots and I don't think he'll ever know the difference!
I have been on the flag garden again moving yet more clumps of irises. The weeds are coming up but I have to move the flowers at once from the vegetable garden.
All sorts of anemones out...Anemones on the background too.
